DAY 145 (of the 6-month cut-off from my son by the Singapore Family Court without any valid reasons) :

”No one fights this hard for their child if there is no love. Wee, you have already proven your love over and over again. It is so wrong what is happening to you and your son. Never give up on your son and you will prevail. Many are praying for you and your son.” - Kim Paluch Moore

  1. My experience is entirely different from yours. In my case, the court ordered access for the children despite the following:

    1. The father was then serving jail for extreme domestic violence.

    2. The children had witnessed the stabbing and one even had a permanent scar for trying to protect his mother.

    3. The father was negligent in his role: he was not paying a single cent for child maintenance and did not bother to write in two years (save for two short letters).
